Refund Policy
Our commitment to your satisfaction
1. Our Service Guarantee
At Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will return and make it right—at no additional cost to you. This is our promise to every customer, every time.
2. Repair Services
- 90-Day Warranty: All repair parts and labor are warranted for 90 days from the date of service.
- Problem Not Fixed: If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we will return to repair it at no additional charge.
- New Issue: If a new issue arises that is unrelated to the original repair, normal diagnostic and repair fees will apply.
3. New Installation Warranty
- Manufacturer Warranty: New equipment comes with manufacturer warranties (typically 10 years for registered systems, 5 years for unregistered).
- Our Workmanship: We guarantee our installation workmanship for one year from the date of installation.
- Extended Warranties: Extended warranty options are available at the time of purchase for additional protection.
4. Maintenance Plans
- Annual Subscriptions: Maintenance plans are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Unused Services: If you cancel before using your annual tune-up, you will receive a prorated refund for unused services.
- Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Pricing differences will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Payment and Billing
- Service Calls: Payment is due at the time of service for repairs and maintenance.
- New Installations: A deposit is required to schedule installation work. The balance is due upon completion.
- Financing: If you use our financing options, refund terms are subject to the financing agreement you sign.
- Returned Payments: A $35 fee applies for returned checks or declined payments.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Scheduled Appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
- Cancellation Fee: A $50 fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Installation Cancellations: Deposits for installation projects are non-refundable if cancelled within 5 business days of the scheduled installation date.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is due under our policies, please contact our office to initiate the refund process. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued via the original payment method.

8. Equipment Returns
Equipment that has been special-ordered or custom-configured for your property cannot be returned. Standard equipment that has not been installed may be returnable within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee Limitations
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to work performed by Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning. It does not cover:
- Issues caused by customer negligence or failure to follow maintenance recommendations
- Damage from external factors (storms, power surges, pests, etc.)
- Pre-existing conditions that were not apparent during initial assessment
- Equipment failure due to lack of maintenance or improper use
10. Disputes
If you have a concern about our service that hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction, please contact our office manager directly. We are committed to resolving all customer concerns fairly and promptly.
