Everything you need to know about our services
We offer 24/7 emergency service throughout our service area. For heating emergencies during extreme cold or cooling emergencies during extreme heat, we typically have a technician on-site within 2-3 hours of your call. Our technicians carry common replacement parts on their trucks, which means many repairs can be completed in a single visit—even at night or on weekends.
Yes! We provide free consultations and estimates for all new installation projects. Simply contact us to schedule a time that works for you, and one of our NATE-certified technicians will visit your property, assess your needs, and provide a detailed, transparent quote. For repairs, we do charge a diagnostic fee ($89), but this fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
We proudly serve Russell County, Adair County, and Casey County in Central Kentucky. This includes Jamestown, Russell Springs, Liberty, Columbia, and all surrounding communities. If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, just give us a call—we'll let you know and can often still help even if you're on the edge of our coverage zone.
We install and service all major HVAC brands including Trane, Carrier, Bryant, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, American Standard, and York. Our technicians are NATE-certified and receive ongoing training on the latest technologies across all major manufacturers. Whether you have an older system or are looking at the newest high-efficiency models, we can help.
We recommend having your heating system serviced once a year (ideally in the fall before heating season) and your cooling system serviced once a year (ideally in the spring before cooling season). If you enroll in our Complete Maintenance Plan, we perform both tune-ups and provide additional benefits like priority scheduling and discounts on repairs.
With proper maintenance, most furnaces last 15-20 years and most air conditioners last 10-15 years. Heat pumps typically last 10-15 years. Regular maintenance is the single biggest factor in extending your system's lifespan. Our maintenance plans are designed to help you get the most from your investment.
Key factors include: efficiency rating (higher SEER for AC, higher AFUE for furnaces means lower operating costs), proper sizing (we perform load calculations to ensure correct sizing), brand reputation and warranty coverage, and available features that match your needs. We'll help you understand all these factors and choose the best system for your specific situation and budget.
Yes! We offer flexible financing options through several trusted providers. Financing options range from no-interest plans for qualified buyers to low-interest extended payment options. Our team can help you explore financing during your free consultation. We also accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
NATE (North American Technician Excellence) is the nation's largest nonprofit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technicians. NATE-certified technicians have proven they know what they know through rigorous testing. When you hire a NATE-certified technician, you can be confident they have the knowledge and skills to do the job right.
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and offer financing through trusted third-party providers. Payment is due at the time of service for repairs. For new installations, we require a deposit to schedule the work, with the balance due upon completion.
